About me !

Hey there! I'm Averie --- a portrait and landscape photographer based out of BC. I'm enthusiastic about capturing the natural environment, patience and highlighting details of landscapes like mountains and animals. My love for photography started when i joined 4-H, when i first joined i was showing llama but saw some girls doing photography and after talking with them i was hooked. This blog is where i share my latest shots, my adventures and explorations with my animals. when i am shooting, I'm drawn to natural light, catchlights in the eyes with Rembrandt and i like having my ISO lower do i can have a blurred background. when I'm out of the studio, i am exploring new thrift stores, at the barn with my anmialks, welding new creations and/or out on a walk or a hike.
